        So we moved into our house in feb and the landlord has never had the code for alarm system. We were woke up at 3:30am last night to it going off and ofcourse we didnt want to wake half the street in the middle of the night. Quick google search and phoned very reluctantly, even though the company 24/7, who really wants woke up at that time. Over the phone the guy (didnt catch his name) Ran through steps to get the alarm outside ringing. Doing this quickly and with a very helpful and polite manner. After all i did just wake him up in the middle of the night. Thank you again for your help. Very appreciated. Blair
