they were all very pleasant to deal with. we looked for a mini digger do do a small job in the garden, or so we thought, and after speaking with Tom we got a very good price and even had it for a little longer than agreed initially since the machine wasn't needed back and we realised we had a bigger job ahead of us.
to top it all, Tom was happy to collect the rubble and poor soil once we finished.
we have recommended using Tom Grat several times since and will continue to do so :)
