Absolutely over the moon with our new stove. Andy was excellent from start to finish offering excellent advice on our new stove. Work was carried out within the time frame given, work was completed to a high standard. Thank you for all your help it's good to know in this day and age great customer service is still alive and well.

Andy was really helpful when picking the stove and how it would work in our room. He was tidy and managed to keep the place reasonably clean while pulling 15 years worth of nests out the chimney! Helpful, reliable and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

I was aghast to learn that HETAS certification is not a requirement in Scotland and that the house I had just bought had a dangerous installation, inadequate surround and register plate which were not even fireproof . I searched the area for a HETAS registered fitter and Andy came back promptly with a quote and then did my liner , the fireplace, hearth and surround plus the beautiful stove really quickly . I decided not to line the inset and kept the original old brick. I am not usually one for unnecessary 'rules' and 'regulations', however fire is not something I would ever take a chance on . I can rest assured it is a safe and certified install. It looks beautiful-Now the entire character of the house has changed and it finally feels like a home. I've put some before and after photos up.
