Sent an email. Had to chase for a response, she asked for a bit more time to do the a tiny starter project and asked for my number and then did not call until 2 days later. I then sent her an email saying sorry we had gone to another company only to get a reply back saying she was to busy to do the work Why mess me about and simply reply at the start saying that. What a total waste of time. Very disappointing

After being unsure as to whether to get a bespoke logo designed for my new business, I am delighted that I did. I absolutely LOVE my branding! I had looked into a few options, but felt a real confidence in Susan that I hadnt felt with anyone else. Susan totally got me. She is clearly very skilled and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time asking questions and taking an interest in what I do to fully understand the business. She offered me great advice and guidance. I feel my branding is personalised, individual and really reflects me and the character that I want to put across. I could not be happier with the outcome and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Eikon Design!

I have worked with Eikon Design on several website redesign projects for clients and the teams approach is fantastic. They really take time to understand what their clients are striving to do and then develop branding and digital presence which really helps raise brand awareness. They have great processes for communication and project management and they make it really easy to work with them. They debunk the jargon around website design and help the clients achieve their vision for their website. I would highly recommend Eikon Design and look forward to working with the team again soon.
