        Leaving this review on behalf of my daughter who was blocked as soon as she decided to cancel her weekly veg box - I didn't realise when taking on the veg box, it was a lifelong commitment. John was incredibly unprofessional, condescending and downright rude when I asked to cancel our weekly veg box. After two years of receiving the box, it just was no longer working for my family, working out too expensive. It's a shame such a great shop has been ruined by the owner. I like to shop local, but certainly not to line the pockets of someone who treats their customers this way. Avoid at all costs.

        Awful. Avoid. After being a loyal veg box receiver for two years, we decided it was no longer working for us, too expensive. I contacted John to cancel our weekly veg box. Well, I was horrified with the response I received which was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was then blocked from Facebook to stop me leaving a bad review, after I explained I wasn't happy with the response I received. Disgusting customer service. I love shopping local but this person does not deserve a penny.

        Horrible service from John. A few times I asked for my vegetable box to be altered. Id been going for 2 months when I decided to cancel as I dont live near Inverurie and working shifts I found it hard to travel to Inverurie before a Friday. Especially during nightshifts. John was horrible to me. He tried to bully me into keeping my box, telling me Id be cutting his staffs hours and in a cost of living crisis thats awful. This went on for 2 days until he cancelled my box. Hes blocked me on Facebook for what I can only imagine is to stop him getting a bad review. Save your money and go to a local shop who are welcoming and grateful. I wont ever go into that shop again due to how uncomfortable hes made me feel.

        Been blocked for making a comment about Christmas cake bags cos they don't state that it's dry ingredients only but claims to contain everything you need to make a cake
