Inverurie Post Office

My Dad drove 20 miles to be told by the women behind the counter that they don't do the passport service at the Inverurie branch and that he'd need to travel even further into Aberdeen. My Mum had been told during a previous visit that the service was available. My Dad also encountered the opening time issue that others reviewing this branch have had.

Have tried multiple times to use this post office. Google, post office website and sign on the door says should be open, it never is.

Checked web site for opening times for a Saturday morning, website said it was open till 1pm. Drove 7 miles to Inverurie at 9.30 am to post parcels & found it was closed. Surely it cant be hard to update there opening times online to stop people wasting there valuable time & money. I have just read another review posted 10 months ago who had the same experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Polite despite abuse from customers. Doing a great job in difficult circumstances and remaining professional throughout. Can't praise this team highly enough!

As others have said, checked opening times for a Saturday, drive a fair distance only to find it closed, come on post office, you can do better than that
