        Total lack of understanding or empathy by the management of the Inverurie branch. I fell seriously ill with Dissociative Amnesia and confusion that took away more than 4 weeks of my life I was not able to pick up my 2 pairs of new glasses I purchased. One of them gave me trouble with the tightness of the frame so had to go back and yet again told to try again for couple of weeks. By the time I completely gave up on them I was refused a refund or replacement by the management as I was over the 100 day time limit. No consideration taken to the fact I lost my memory for over 4 weeks of that 100 day period, having to learn to use basic things. I will never shop there again and I have now cancelled my monthly contract lens prescription.The only person that deserves a review is the lovely Kimberly. Such a lovely caring thperson. Store owner promised that this would be looked into and I filled out the form he asked me to do but still no answer!!
