        I went in and it was like I've entered another planet. Everyone was absolutely amazing, respectful, friendly, we had a cup of tea and a chat, I've found all the help and the advice I was needing but more than that, they treated Everyone like family, you don't feel like they smile and help because they work there and they are forced to do so, they are all a big family and everyone that gets there is included immediately in the family, you don't feel like an outsider whatsoever. It was a wonderful experience.
