This place came highly recommended so we ordered our shed from them. Unfortunately lock down and then trouble getting wood meant we had a very long wait for it. Its a standard 8 x 6 that was fitted a year go. Since then, Ive had to fit vents because of damp in the roof, seal all corners and several walls because of leaks, fill lots of cracks in the wood, rehang the door and move a few bits of trim due to gaps appearing. Im really not sure this wood is properly treated for outdoors as every panel has got cracks in it. All in all, very disappointing. I wish I had bought elsewhere as I feel I would have got better quality for nearly 900.

Owner very confident on his products, so was very keen to see the finished article. Shed arrived with no lock, which for the price Im surprised at. Also had issues with damp, to which the reponse was people are just lazy and should be opening the door every day to vent out. Cut and installed vents myself for a minimal price. Shed door hinges all have failed so had to be replaced also, due to door being too heavy for original hinges and screws not man enough for the job. Basics to a shed maker you would think. And to top it all off and forced me to write a review the window glass has now cracked, and its due to the stress it was under due to its now relaxed state, no external influences are remotely evident. My old shed was the same shape/size and only thing it needed was a new felt roof after a number of years, was just a shame they are no longer in business. Found the quality of new shed very poor and wouldnt recommend BS joinery to anyone sadly POST COMPANY RESPONSE - The hinges didn't fail due to lubrication, the failed from sheared screws causing hinges to bend under the weight of the door which was too heavy for purpose with inferior parts used after 3 months from installation. To say the base isn't up to standards, it was commended by B S Joinery via their facebook page for being great for them to work with which I find ironic. You also said that your company wouldn't fit a shed onto a poor base prior to purchase. The glass failed as it was too big for the space it was fitted due to temperature variations which cause any shed to expand and contract, but its OK I'll fix that too. The damp/condensation issues were discussed over the phone to B S Joinery, and was told many customers complain about this, and ventilation is required, why not just fit vents to make a better product for a minimal cost. Don't think garden tools produce much reason for condensation, it was as your company described the air getting trapped in the shed during winter nights, then after the sun comes out heating the outside. As you have said on another negative review complaining about the same issue. Again, how ironic With the product I have received I am very surprised that you have returning customers, especially with your condescending tone towards customers on your social media page when their property isn't up to the high standards required, along with all the deflection tactics. A decent company would try to rectify their mistakes especially on a public reviews page, not quote old sayings that you can please everybody. You can please everybody, but only if you actually care about customer service and attempt to rectify failures instead of thinking your greater than your product. I certainly wont be one of the hundreds to return, neither will anyone I know, and probably not anyone reading this along with the other negative reviews been posted. Good day to you sir/madam

Derek really knew his stuff, every question answered. Of all the different manufacturers his was best by far, bigger and better framing, better felt roofs and all guaranteed. Definitely 5*
