        Numerous calls to organise council tax, a ew calls to agree and no replies for six weeks. I then threaten to use councillors, MPs and MSPs to get this sorted. They send a form for me to complete which i have done and they then send a threatening letter demanding full payment. When i called them back they tell me they didnt receive it. What a load of tripe.

        .I phoned Active Aberdeenshire membership team last week, no answer left a message with my phone number but they did not contact me.I tried again today, again no answer so I left same message.Does this department exist.
