        Would've rated well in the past, but so disappointed with my recent order. Having emailed more than 5 times to the email address that comes with your confirmation order etc, they did not think to then on pass it to those that deal with my initial query and then complaint! I eventually got a response. My order for FOUR smallish items arrived in a HUGE box (so unnecessary and thought we were all meant to be making the effort to be reducing waste!) with only two of the items within! Had ordered in plenty of time for them to have been gifts for a party, but the other two hadn't then arrived in time! Their response was dreadful, no consideration given, was even semi dismissive and no sympathy offered for the poor effort in who ever packed up such a simple order. Eventually (no rush or effort made) the other two small items arrived with no gesture of goodwill extended for the inconvenience, or even the offer of reimbursement of my original shipping costs. Won't be rushing back after this poor experience and even less likely with the way it was handled. Hopefully Thornton reads their reviews
