        Had to put my e-bike into pedal power after "drowning" it on a absolutely soaking ride with deep puddles and standing water (after the torrential rain) this was in the run up to Christmas and I knew they would traditionally be busy with new Christmas bike builds and collections. However my bike was duly returned to me on the 23rd December with all the problems sorted in plenty of time for me to enjoy during my holidays ( once the snow and ice melted). Knowledgeable, friendly service .....and the bill was cheaper than I was expecting......bonus!!

        Needed a new controller fitted to ebike after a crash broke my last one ,would have fitted it myself but it also required a firmware update. Very friendly,knowledgeable and had my bike bake a day or two later.......definitely recommend

        Great service quick turnaround. Repaired and serviced sons mountain bike and replaced worn components. Managed to get us in at short notice despite being very busy. Many thanks to Mark and his excellent team at pedal power.
