        I'm stood at a line of 9. In your bank at 12.42. Only one person in bank. You would think a bank that claims to be customer focused would leave more than one person on counter at peak times. This is 4 th time I have seen this happen with virgin bank in inverurie and Aberdeen. Rediculous
