Visited Bonk & Co and were very disappointed with how dismissive and pompous the staff were because the chimney opening in our home wasn't as large as those in their showroom (!!!). They practically laughed at us plus had a very snotty attitude because we already had an installer lined up and we 'only' wanted to buy a limestone fire surround. We took our custom out the door and made a purchase somewhere that didnt have such a snooty attitude.

I just made an online order on their website, and the service has been really exemplary! Great communication, super fast shipping and delivery, and even a chocolate bar and a hand written note as a thank you - and no, I did not spend a fortune at all to get such great service: I had only ordered some fire starters :) I'll definitively buy from them again.

If you want a fireplace - you MUST GO THERE. I've never been in a shop with fireplaces near this class! I'm impressed with everything! With quality, customer approach and atmosphere. It's just amazing and breathtaking.
