I signed up for the "LinkedIn for Business Professionals" training. Were a non-profit in the US with almost zero knowledge of how to use LinkedIn for our agency, and Rene talked me through every question I had with patience as well as a great sense of humor. We can now actually use our LinkedIn profile to attract employees and publicize our fundraising events, as well as share stories about our successes that might make people even more interested in working for us. I recommend this training to anyone who is interested in building connections and attracting more people to their business or agency.

Alastair and Rene provided excellent support around making my business processes more efficient. The zoom meetings with Alastair were extremely useful - he made valuable recommendations and answered all my questions .

Highly recommended. I've benefitted greatly from a 'Digital Health Check', a follow up 1-to-1 support session & also Digital Boost interactive workshops. All of these sessions were held on Zoom, but because Rene handles the technology with such ease & makes slick use of technology, they were much more effective than a traditional classroom style session. Rene has a friendly, entertaining style & has the ability to demonstrate digital concepts using examples directly related to my business. I left the session with a list of ideas to improve my business & the confidence to tackle the task myself with the 'safety net' of back-up & support of Tuminds professional services.
