A small terminal station with all the usual facilities that you'd expect and need. Well located,close to city centre and bus station. Helpful staff with a clean environmnet, little or no litter to be seen. A small waiting area and some seating while you wait for your train. Left luggage lockers broken while we were there, but they'd implemented a work around involving buying a ticket at the booking office to present in the left luggage area to allow access to the lockers.

Beautiful small city, capital of the Highlands. Best experience is walking on River Ness Islands. The city entertainment facilities are overwhelmed by increasing demand. Lovely people, in many ways in between large cities attitudes and those of the islands ( of course a very personal appreciation ).
