Put two trailers in for repair. Trailer 1 was a braked trailer that had brakes that were binding. Suggested & performed repair was a steering damper. They couldn't get a steering damper from their suppliers. They suggested that I buy one from ebay. I requested the part specification and sourced one in 5 minutes and got delivered direct. On collection - I have the same issue with the brakes and that are still binding and it is difficult to push back. Effectively spent 70 an hour and still have the same issue and spent 50 on parts online! Not impressed! Trailer 2 was a small Ifor Williams trailer. Replaced the security cord and the electrics cord which was working and put a screw into the centre of the board which stopped it rattling. Cost again 99.00. Really?? Very poor value for money. I will avoid in future as the impression that I received was that they couldn't be bothered! I have replaced the trailer board on both trailers with trailer board wood sourced from Travis Perkins for both trailers.
