        Awful service, the lady on the phone could get anything I'm saying despite my english I's perfectly understandable, I've asked twice if the taxi would make it to drive me from Inverness to the harbour for a boat trip at 3pm. She has never answered me and told me she's sanding someone over. The taxi came at 3.45, so I couldn't get my boat, telling me it's my fault because he had to wait 3 minutes because I was on the phone cancelling the boat trip! Then charge me 25 pounds for a trip I've asked if it will be feasible!!! Insane, totally unfair and inappropriate to tell me it's my fault !! I now understand why it was the only taxi available in town at that moment!! Shame on you
