Placed my clothes in 3 weeks ago before heading off on my holiday and was told it would take a week. This was no problem! However, I returned to find that only one pair of trousers had been completed, 1 half done and the other pair in pieces on the sewing machine. The woman at this time revealed that she did not know as she had just been brought in to cover. However if told my clothes would be ready for the Saturday they should be ready no matter the time I picked them up. This woman told me to request a partial refund. I returned 2 weeks later after my holiday to pick up my trousers and was met with a man I had not dealt with before. When I asked about receiving a partial refund he just stared at me as if dumbfounded. I was told that I would not receive one and he would not give me one because he couldnt. and that it wasnt his fault the clothes had been delayed and that if I had come earlier in the day I would have maybe got a refund with another member of staff as she was the one who took my order. I live in Aviemore - that is 3 journeys Ive completed for these - and work 5 days a week I cannot work around their staff shift times which are not posted. Overall terrible experience and will not be using again!!! Service: Alterations

Extremely good service, very friendly and understanding. From taking up sleaves and altering jackets to patching damage on a leather jacket (so it looks like part of the design) they have been brilliant. I have gone back several times and will continue to do so, as well as recomend them to friends and family. Services: General repairs, Alterations
