        I would highly recommend Andy to anyone! - Having had previous hamstring injuries and issues going back over 10 years I had given up on even trying to fix them until meeting Andy. I was booked in for a sports massage but as I described my hamstring troubles to him he told me he was confident he could get me back running and playing football. He explained in easy to understand terms the real issues with my hamstrings and how to go about fixing them. Following his advice and exercises he gave me I noticed a big difference very quickly and progressed to a level I never thought I could have before seeing him. Im now able to run with no issue and also starting back towards playing football again. Cant speak highly enough of his work!

        I would definitely recommend Andy - I have had back pain for about 6 years and it has progressively gotten worse! I had previously been to both a chiropractor and physiotherapist, they both gave me exercises to do however they never properly took the pain away. Even after the first week with Andy, he had managed to reduce the pain to nothing - he managed to narrow it down to my knee causing the issues. He also explains everything so well and makes you feel at ease.

        I can highly recommend Andy, who I have been working with on my chronic lower back pain. His approach is highly individualised, compassionate and in very much up to date in terms of how we now understand the relationship between pain, the body and the nervous system. What he does not know he will find out. Not just for footballers!

        Murray sports Therapy/ great place, great guy, highly recommend Ive had a couple injuries over the past couple months from playing football, Ive been working with Andy sports therapy for about a month now doing therapy and strength training I would definitely recommend Andy as hes helped me get back to full fitness.
