10 stars. Amazing experience from start to finish. Jamie was our guide and he was incredibly friendly and delighted us with history and folk lore throughout the trip. The day was flexible and Jamie made it clear anything we wanted to stop and take photos off or ask about, just shout. He has a passion for the history and a reverence for the Scottish highlands that this beautiful landscape so clearly deserves. He made every stop feel magical and made this foreign (to us) landcsape feel approachable which made it so much more special. He also takes great pictures of you/your group!!

We spent the day with Jamie on a private tour of The Untamed North West. It was fabulous - start to finish! His energy, sense of humor, vast knowledge, and pure love of Scotland make for a winning tour guide combination. The only downside...one day was too short! Should we return to Scotland (and I hope we will) we will be sure to look him up and book a tour again.

I went with Jamie on the North West Coast adventure this weekend. It was incredible - a great variety of breathtaking sights and experiences. Secret Highlands has done a great job creating an itinerary that is relaxed and engaging. I wanted to be able to do a hike and the Bone Cave hike was well worth it! I was able to take a bit more time at Loch Assynt and enjoy the castle, a luxury of a private tour. Jamie is full of information about Highland geology and history, and was happy to share as much as I wanted to know (which was a lot). I very highly recommend this company - I also stayed in one of the guest rooms, and the home is clean, quiet and kind.
