I have now visited this store 4 times at 46mile round trip each time to get my keys sorted i have had to investigate the poblem myself to gwt to the bottom of this only to find that he had been using the wrong blank key fits the lock just wont turn my last visit he claimed he did not remember me and asked if i had a receipt i did not however still had the guarantee fob on the keys so just being plain ackeard, well my next visit will be my last 184 miles have been traveled at my expense with 0 apologies i will be goimg in for 1 last visit leaving me at 230miles i would like head office to contact me to resolve this ohh and the receipt i paid for via card payment so i have proof of purchase see if you can see what the problem is for yourself this should never hapen if he is a professional
