        When I arrived with my friend, at peak time there were only two available breads on the menu. I walked straight out, the staff seemed incredibly lazy with only one worker making bread in the back. The display of meats and vegetables looked messy and dirty. Not a local to Inverness but honestly not a very good first impression when arriving here looking for a place to eat. Next time I will head straight to the other Subway down the road, and I would encourage you to do the same.

        The layout of this new subway is so odd and uninviting. Why on earth would you have the queue going round the middle of the shop. Those eating at the tables had people in the queue hovering over their table. No thanks. Queue for 20mins with 5 members of staff at counter, still slow moving. No highchairs for kids. Unable to move pram around the premises due to bad layout

        This is the worst Subway location Ive ever been to. The staff are so rude (this has been an issue for a long time, even in their old location in the food court). One particular employee is so needlessly mean to everyone, she snaps at people, huffs, rolls her eyes, etc. If you order online to avoid this they just mess up your order. If you can, try the Harbour Road location instead.
