        I visited the restaurant today which was the first time for a while, it was a huge disappointment! Very, understaffed, the poor girl on the checkout was getting ot of hassle because apart from having to wait and wait to order food, there was no cutlery, because the dishwasher was broken down .. she had to keep running through to get cutlery and drying it, customers were not happy ... why are you so short staffed ... in my experience if staff leave its because of bad management!

        Really helpful, flexible and attentive customer service. Top class! When the BBQ I was bought by my kind family for a big birthday wasn't quite right, Hazel and colleagues were so supportive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. They came by with a fully assembled replacement and took the faulty one away. This was offered so freely and without any strain or stress on Hazel's part. Top quality customer service and I now have a fantastic BBQ grill that will serve me for many years. The issue I had could have amounted to a monstrous pain, but it's been anything but with the right support. Top marks! Recommended to anyone!
