Popped in for lunch following good reviews, Im a very basic eater , lets call it simple eater , ate their a good chicken mayo sandwich with side slaw , salad , crisps - was fresh and tasty . I really enjoyed the slapstick films on TV . They dont do Wi Fi and asking you to pretend its 1995 and to try to speak with each other (there is a sign pointing it ) - brilliant! Much more cozy and the staff are fast and lovely.

You can't choose items in the 11 item breakfast so if you don't like something go somewhere else I guess... Vegetarian options: Vegetarian breakfast

Rendezvous cafe is iconic!!! Best breakfast in town and stockist of fantastic CBD products! You can chop and choose your items on the 11 item breakfast, creating your own scottish themed masterpiece while escaping the elements! Thundter and lightning sucks!! After the storm has passed and you are sufficiently satiated. The only thing else you could possibly want to do is head out and visit the breathtakingly impressive Toscaig pier just a 2 and a half hour drive or a day's walk away. An evening under the stars in a somewhat secluded car park on the edge of the Atlantic ocean is medicine for the soul. These bricks and mortar make for unforgettable experiences and should not be passed up on your travels. Never tried the dark kitchen... heard it's good.
