Inverness Pilates

I had pretty severe back issues and doctor at Raigmore recommended Pilates. I was a bit sceptical at first but so glad I decided to try, and to find Claire as teacher. She is a great teacher and understands the needs of everyone in her classes. If you are considering pilates, sign up with Claire - you wont regret it! Adapted well with Zoom classes just now which has been great as we have been able to continue with classes.

Ive been very fortunate to have been taught by Claire for over 5 years now. As a hairdresser Ive always suffered with back pain ect. Since joining class this pain has gradually subsided , along with many other niggles. Claire is an amazing tutor , informative , gracious and ever helpful it always feels like a one to one session. As much as I try to keep fit and healthy I can never find the the time , but my class makes me feel like a work out and a wind down all in one , I literally feel like Ive had a massage.. refreshed /relaxed / open / mobile amazing As ever I always look forward to my next time on the matt

I've attended classes with Claire for years and I definitely feel the benefit. Claire is a fantastic teacher, very professional and knowledgeable - but always with a warm welcome and a smile. She offers a variety of classes, including Zoom - there's something for everyone, at all levels of experience. Highly recommended, the best there is!

I have been enjoying Claires classes for several years now, originally in person but more recently via Zoom. I find the classes well structured, timed and suited to individuals needs. she takes time to advise on exercise limitations for some of us! Very helpful, rewarding and enjoyable sessions! I would highly recommend!

Claire is a very safe pair of hands. She really knows her stuff and delivers each class with lots of easy to follow instructions and optional levels of difficulty. I have osteoporosis and have to avoid movements which would put too much strain on my spine. Claire's careful management has allowed me to continue to enjoy the classes and really benefit from the stretching and strengthening exercises. I wouldn't miss it.
