Lochardil Pharmacy

Great service yesterday. After complications seeing my doctor I went here to see if they could help me. I could hardly talk and was in agony. The guy with bright white teeth (a full compliment by the way) totally helped me out. Absolute superstar of a man. Gave me a bag of goodies to get me back on track and today I feel alot better. Thanks so much.

Usually very helpful. Called to order a gf product for my husband. I dont get out much due to his Dementia & Parkinsonism unfortunately it now seems to be a problem to call in to order it. Staff member kept me waiting on the phone then requested that I go in to the pharmacy with an order form as they dont accept orders by phone although this didnt seem to be a problem previously. What has happened to good old helpfulness. Very disappointing service.

Always helpful, this is the closest pharmacy to me and they're always pleasant and helpful. On occasion they may not have stock but that's not their fault. Resident pharmacists are always very good and have always been helpful

Whenever I've gone in, I'm always finding the service very slow with staff apolosing for prescriptions being unfulfilled to just about everyone, including me. It's an uphill battle to get medicine from this pharmacy. Today, I went in with a repeat prescription slip. Long story short, the answer was no, and I was told that I needed to make two 220 mile round trips just to get medication that was sitting there right on their shelves. They've managed it before (with much persuasion) but today was a total non-starter for whatever reason. My local pharmacy in Thurso runs like clockwork. If I go to the doctor and I'm prescribed something, by the time I make the ten minute walk there, it's ready to go. Repeat prescriptions are ready in a day or two, no fuss at all. I don't blame the staff, not one bit. They're constantly buzzing around trying their best to rectify issues. It must be really tiring for them, yet they're always really nice. It seems this pharmacy has a major issue with management - or a total lack of it. It's an absolute embarrassment. If you're visiting this area, like I am, avoid this place like the plague. You'll find yourself running out of vital medicines with no help. Go to a competent pharmacy that actually cares for patients.

Amazing pharmacy, always goes above and beyond for myself and my family. Clearly run by brilliant management and lovey lovely staff!
