Dawn's expertise and professionalism when caring for our darling dog is a pleasure, and he comes home fully coiffed and looking so smart and handsome. He is often so relaxed during his time with Dawn that he falls asleep, as I would love to, at my hairdressers. My dog has certain skin issues which Dawn has helped us manage, and she is able to pass on any concerns she may have, which my vet fully appreciated and thanked her for, as she was able to feel him totally relaxed, and therefore able to suggest further care by the vet. ( When he;'s at the vet, he's very tense and the vet cannot palpate knees or hips fully). Dawn has her own bespoke grooming space set aside by her home, which is fully equipped., with high hygiene standards and appropriate Covid precautions in place. He has his full coat groomed and shaped, with wash, blow dry, typical Westie grooming, with particular care of ears, eyes and toilet areas, so that he comes out happy, bright eyed and not bushy tailed! His nails are also routinely clipped which is a relief to me as I've never wanted to do that myself. This is included in the price, which I find entirely reasonable and appropriate, given the time, expertise and attention she lavishes on our little lad. I would, and do highly recommend Dawn , she is a wonderful groomer, who is easy to contact via Facebook messenger and returns messages promptly.
