HBM now runs a gym from his home and sees 1 or 2 clients at a time.
During the summer he takes groups of 4. Using his ideas I have grown muscle and strength using weights and calisthenics.
In the past his yoga classes had a constantly changing programme with common themes. He has explained how to create flexibility using strength rather than merely overcoming resistance in the muscles one is stretching. He adjusts participants who need it and has a clear method for leading into neutral posture and expansive breath. His classes are playful and substantial with plenty of new information to integrate into our movement. He has optional homework each week and always does a long relaxation at the end of class.

He has demonstrated that he provides a safe, friendly and encouraging environment for developing strength and fitness and he is clearly very keen to see his clients make good progress with improving their health and wellbeing. He is also great at inspiring you to try out different exercises that you wouldn't necessarily have considered to really help you progress.
Russell also offers really good support if you have any injuries or health issues.
