        Kevin has been training me for a year now, Ive made real progress and seeing huge benefits. He really knows what hes doing: knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging approach. I started from a base of no training at all, and found Kevin to be very supportive and encouraging. I work away from home, when Im away Kevin gives me a program to follow and checks up on my progress regularly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to get fitter and healthier!

He is very down to earth and has a common sense approach to training, as he realises that people have busy lives and we all have our off days. Excellent PT and highly recommended!
