If you order online you have the ability to collect from your local store after 30 minutes when stock levels dictate. This is exactly what I did. After paying, I went to my local store in Inverness 3 hours later (25/08/22) to be told by the supervisor on duty that it needs to be ordered in to their branch and Ill be notified when its delivered to the shop (she did this without checking my order on her computer and despite there being at least 6 bottles of the product on the shelf behind her). After me informing them that my order specifically stated my product was in stock and that I was able to collect same day, the gentleman serving kindly checked the computer system and confirmed what I was saying, he turned to the supervisor and said hes quite right it says collect from the store same date. She shrugged her shoulders and replied Make his order up then but make sure that you take his name and address and order number then cos when the replacement comes into store well need to replace the one off the shelf. Absolutely terrible customer service at the Inverness branch at Eastgate Centre. 1 product purchased for 124, will go elsewhere next time. Avoid.
