I used R and R Glass last year to completely overhaul my front garden into a lock block driveway. The job done was of superb quality, within the timescale quoted and payment was taken after completion which I found reassuring.

I contacted R and R Glass mid november 2016 to make a driveway through 20 meters of forest. Richard answered quickly and came to see the land in 2 days to give me a quote. He assured me it could be done before the end of the year, and a few days later gave me a quote. Then I waited. Then I received emails from him (supposedly) asking for half the deposit up front. Of course it was a scam, and Richard's email account was likely compromised. No big deal, I still waited for him to do the job. And I waited, And I waited. Since January, he stopped answering me. Radio silence. Job never coming to completion. Is this the way to treat your customers?
