        Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Our whole family have been with Specsavers for years and god knows why we stuck it out with them for so long! Throughout the years we would have trouble getting an actual copy of our prescription from them every time we asked for one (they have to do this by law). We would get it eventually but it was always a hassle! The attitude from the staff a lot of the time makes you feel like they are the customer, certainly don't feel like a welcome customer in this place. The contact lens department is just as bad, last time I asked for a copy of my contact lens proscription I eventually (after much chasing) got a scribbled prescription on a torn piece of paper. After yet again another attempt by a family member to get a copy of their prescription and yet again the feeling of getting blood out of a stone we are finally done with specsavers! Never again.
