Asda Inverness Superstore

Personalty my fav shop had till when started the covid. After ppl's start panic buy this store can pick bk normal standart what they had. Always half EMPTY the shop. Price is so high last few month and even dont help yellow asda products,still expencive. Staff is 50-50 old staff who had worked there before covid and still here they all lovely,helpful and friendly but i cant say some the new staff. Last few weeks just more lose my feeling i would like go there for doing weekly shop because dont have most of the item what i looking. Headoffice need massivly change in this store!!!!

They did prime for 2 and the cafe was nice

Went to Asda Inverness today to collect item I ordered online as I dont usually go to Asda I didnt know where to go to collect item I asked 3 members off staff where I had to go 1 said its in middle off store so I went wondering about trying to find where I collected online items but could not find it asked another staff member he said he didnt know and just walked away & 3rd had no idea about online orders lots of staff in store but mostly standing about talking to each other I will not go back to this store shocking customer service if customer is looking for something then staff should find out if they dont know and take customer to where it is what ever it is they are looking for this is what happens in every other store Ive visited but not this store clearly need staff to be trained better in customer services.
