Absolutely appalling service, the manager has no regard for anything other than greed, definitely a I purchased a item of jewelry from one of his female staff and she was very pleasant and said if it doesn't fit ur partner please come back and we will refund you or you can choose something else! so I left William morrisons feeling alot more relaxed knowing that if I got the size wrong I wouldn't be stuck....wrong!! came back 3 days later and the woman I made the sale with wasnt working that day. but the manager was, I explained to him what happened and he was having none of it shutting me down, he pointing to small sticker at the top corner of the building saying no refunds the last thing that would catch ur eye in a jewelry shop...it was at that moment I knew I had been had!! please share, and don't be fooled as soon as you part with ur hard earnd cash is gone this man is a parasite showed zero consideration please avoid if you want a good customer experience.
