        Rude staff.. well more arrogant than anything. Looking at each other and then staring at me like I am scum when I'm trying to have a friendly exchange with them shows a distinct lack of customer facing service ability. I visited on the 22nd Feb at around 2pm. I'm English by birth but live in Caithness (Northern Scotland). Being the owner of several businesses in the UK, I know the importance of my staffs ability to provide friendly and professional customer service. Perhaps a revist in training staff in this area should be applied as I wouldn't allow even my family to treat me with such disrespect and belittlement.
