They have been fare with me, my dept was due to me not being able to pay C/Tax because I had a poorly paid wage it was a decision easily made, feed children or pay C/Tax. They understood and came to an agreement. The best way is to be polite it doesn't cost you anything, argue and get aggressive if you like your life to run awkwardly.

I have always been treated well by staff at Scott&co it is embarrassing to owe money but staff have always treated me well

IGNORANT UNPROFFESIONAL STAFF WHO RIDDICULE & PREASSURE CUSTOMERS INTO A BLOOD OUT OF STONE ATTITUDE..GOD FORBID THEY LAND NEEDING SUPPORT FROM THEIR COMPANY..THEY ADD MORE STRESS TO AN ALREADY STRESSFUL TIME..STAFF SHOULD BE AUDITED & SCHOOLED ON MANNERS.

A bit hard to get in touch with them due to covid. However the lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely, very understanding and willing to work with you. It's difficult sometimes to deal with debt but give them a call and work with them to resolve the situation and to be honest feel 100% better. All in all great friendly service.

I'd say scott and co are prob one of the most un educated people you could possibly experience having had encounters with them.many of times an getting accounts shut down for the sake of 40p there greed is quite substantial if u ask me all I want to do is pay what I can manage not what am forced
