As a multi business owner, I value and appreciate good service, especially where relied upon. Inverness needs a reliable central commercial laundromat and The Highland Laundry Rooms unfortunately is not it. Held to ransom over fabricated outstanding amounts, missed drop offs/deadlines and let down on multiple occasions - if youre a commercial entity, please avoid at all costs. This will ultimately cost you more time, money and your reputation. The lady at the service desk (been there two years) was seemingly holding it all together, as for upper level management/ownership - he needs replacing. Disclaimer: As a business owner I felt compelled to voice my experience to protect other businesses and owners. We are all in this trying to support our staff and our livelihoods. We work hard to ensure we meet a service level that is excellent and it saddens me to learn that businesses like this one exists. A great shame and a bitter disappointment.

Speedy service and great value. Dropped off 10 days worth of laundry for a family of 5 on Saturday lunchtime and picked it up on Monday morning- washed dried and folded all for 20.

I have to say the customer service i have experienced so far has been fantastic . I use the delivery service , they are super quick to respond and its just an effortless experience and lovely team. Great value for money and as a busy entrepreneur this laundry service is a god send , having drop off and collection . One less thing to worry about. Cant recommend highly enough. It comes back all folded and nicely sectioned ready to put away and speedy turn around . Very happy customer :)
