i have always found them okay but recently with no manager inverness has gone downhill

I went into this bank on the 21st October to inform them that my husband was in hospital and that I had power of attorney, the lady behind the counter was lovely, sympathetic and understanding , however the female who delt with me was rude , unsympathetic and was not helpful at all, her whole attitude stunk . I have never done online banking so had no clue as to what to do regarding our business account and when I told her this she didn't even look up from the paperwork and said " you will learn " . I was angry and upset and as soon as my husband's affairs are completed, I will be removing all accounts from this bank. I am totally disgusted with the bank who claims " we are here to help "

Daily closures. Continued half days and this attitude from the bank that stinks. A gentleman in front of me in the line asked for a bank statement and the woman in charge initially refused thendecoded to get the statement but her attitude was grumpy, as if doing this was a hassle for her. Terrible service. Their only saving grace was the woman behind the counter who was alot straight forward and polite. Unlike the supervisor.
