        Lousy warranty. Three years sounds reasonable, but it's across-the-board. So, it's great if you're spending a few quid on a toaster in-store but completely inadequate for larger, more expensive items bought online.

        I always enjoy a browse at Lakeland. They have so many useful things for the house for sale. I like the fact that they have someone available to ask where things are. I also believe they sell good quality items. The shop is located on the ground floor of the Eastgate centre in Inverness and it is easily accessible.
