        Reserved July 9th and 10th. Contracted Covid19. Cancelled reservation prior to checkin date. Refund was not provided Also, was charged for cleaning fee when we didn't even stay there as we were quarantined at another location. Although UK restrictions are lifted, there are still Government Extinuating Circumstances.
