        Today I was approached by a rude and frustrated member of staff who was trying to give himself a boost of confidence by ordering my what to do while I wasn't doing anything wrong! I asked another team member a question but all I got from her was as a lazy "naaay we don't have it" one liner! I was simply trying to buy new blankets for my pets and even if they didn't had that particular item they could at least offer an alternative! I WAS a member of the VIP Club at this store but after such interaction I will order goods for my pets from other places online.

        Click and collect system is poor. I had to wait ages at Till as they were getting a newbie signed up for the PAH app. When they finally went to get my order, the bag of food had a large hole in it and they were not happy when I refused it. Customer service skills lacking!
