        Had a great experience overall with Tapi. Responsive on email, clear communication, two great site visits - one to measure up/view samples, one for the fitting. Staff were professional and helpful and the end result was a beautiful, well-fitted stair runner of top quality.

        Excellent service from Tapi staff at the Inverness branch, came out at the weekend to measure up, gave a great price for covering the ground floor in laminate, with underlay and finishing, organised the fitter, held on to our order until we were ready for fitting, and even when issues arise with the floor being too uneven, they helped organise getting the floor levelled, all in all a great service, great communication, and will 100% use them again.
