If I had to rate John in the repair and support department at Currys in Inverness, it would not be 3 but 5 stars. But because initially, me and my fiance purchased a cooker from someone else at Currys Inverness and we were mislead, we had to wait 2 weeks before we could get it. When I tried to follow up with the help line, even though the operators were really polite and friendly, it did not provide any help at all. While John offered us a great service and follow up and allowed us to get it on time, so thank you John for your amazing service !
