Am a type 2 diabetes and they don't care for helping just like riverside waste of doctors don't have a clue on how to treat there patients none what's so ever my diabetes is way beyond control and I told em still not do a thing just like the clinic at raigmore hospital no one willing to help sorry to say you may as well be on your death bed b4 help in this life shocking no stars from me

I'll be changing practice because this is the worst doctors practice I've ever had the displeasure of being signed to. Always screwing up prescriptions, not seeing people in person. Avoid this surgery at all costs

Called on Friday the 28th October about my elderly fathers foot redness, swelling, and pain, fever after 1hour 40min kindly a very rude receptionist answered with "halo"... Described a problem, then she didn't say anything just put me on hold. About 30 seconds later she said: "there is nothing we can do". I was in shock and said "what do you mean?" her answer : " well tell your dad to take paracetamol and ibuprofen" and hanged up Absolutely shocking as later that day I took him to hospital, to find out its an advanced infection that could lead to sepsis.
