A lovely welcome when we arrived on the site. Received all the information we needed. Well stocked information desk. WiFi was great. Site is very clean and well kept. Could not fault a thing. Great time. See you in September. Nearby activities: Jacobite cruises. Inverness Taxi fabulous

Would have left zero stars if I could Disappointing start to the holiday, extremely rude staff who only made us feel unwelcome and unsettled during our stay. The terms and conditions are only abided by when they decide. However refunds are not given, even if they go against their own policies. (Money grabbing comes to mind). We went to smaller campsites during our travels and the facilities were 100 times better, and staff were out of this world. It came to something when we even considered leaving our deposit for our second night stay, just to make sure we enjoyed our time on holidays. Would rather sleep outside the Tesco near byor even on curb side. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Rude customer service, rude wardens and rude staff overall. On booking the campsite required an estimated time of arrival, we gave 6pm. Unfortunately our flight was delayed so I checked on their website and it says last entrance is 10pm. So I decided to give the campsite a courtesy call to say we would be arriving around 9pm due to flight delays. The woman was very rude, said she was going to close the gates on us because she had been there all day and was expecting us at 6pm. I apologised that it wasnt our fault and flight was delayed and she said well thats not our problem and its not fair on the other people. I said on the policy it says 10pm is latest arrival and said we would be there at 9pm latest as we had to travel from Edinburgh. She said well Im the manager and Im telling you I will close the gate at 8pm latest, the policy doesnt matter as we are the managers and can decide. We then asked if thats the case can we get a refund and they said no, in the policy is no refunds. So all of a sudden they was referring to the policy!!! In the end she hung the phone up on me and we decided we wouldnt accept that and still arrive at the campsite. We arrived before 9pm like we said and were greeted by a moody man, he hardly spoke to us and just pointed to where our spot was. In the morning we said good morning to him as he walked past and he completely ignored us. Facilities okay, even though a lot of work needs doing, especially on the entrance. We would not use this site again and recommend anyone to go elsewhere.
