Always available to answer any queries.
However, I found the invoicing and payment process to be confusing and lacking.
I was given the price of my final invoice and paid immediately. Only to be informed 6 weeks later, that I had underpaid and a further amount totalling over 200 was required. As I had not been provided with copies of my final invoices, I had to request them and spend time checking all products/prices and payments myself. This was not exactly what I had expected from Howdens
