        Called this company 3 times in the space of 3 weeks to get someone to come and give myself a quote for doing my fathers garden after being let down by another local business. I was told on those 3 occasions that "someone will come round tomorrow and have a look and get back to you" and nobody ever showed up. I emailed them to express my disappointment, only for that to be completely ignored also. Nobody has ever returned my calls or email.
