Found them helpful but expensive. I got the impression they would do just about anything to clinch a sale. If you require a product that is not in-stock, it may mean waiting a week if there's no problem with suppliers (much more if there is!) Keeping the customer informed of issues was poor, and constructive advice ignored. This let them down badly.

Terrible. Save yourself money and heartache and go elsewhere. Two rooms with vinyl so badly fitted it could have been a joke. Cut too short and too long. Lumps and tears. Glue sprayed over new kitchen units, cooker and bath. Even an amateur could have done better. Took Lochgorm three months with me constantly ringing for someone to look at it before they sent anyone. Agreement was it was it needed remedied and the fitter was no longer with them. They said they would remedy the bad fitting (I dont know how considering some areas were cut short). Four months from being told it would be fixed and I am still waiting and there is radio silence from Lochgorm.
