After a bit of a knock in the winter I finally got my car in 3 months later to Ashgrove body repair shop. Having just picked up my car you would never know it had been on an accident. As well as the insurance job, I also got some private work done. It was definitely worth the wait, one happy customer. I was also given a courtesy car for 3 weeks which I wouldn't of managed with out, so thank you for that. A special mention to the girls on reception for being so nice and welcoming and also professional, in particualr to Lisa, she was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the whole experience. Another vehicle rolled into the back driver arch of my vehicle and thankfully was an honest person to leave their number to fix it. I spoke with Dei and Lisa, who have been extremely helpful and professional from start to finish, and I thank you. My car is a difficult 3 stage pearl, and it's been corrected to the highest standard where there are no longer any marks and the trimming is colour matched and is perfect after the repair. Thank you again to all the team and I will 100% recommend to all for their professional attention to detail A++++

I thought that having to wait many weeks and lots of chasing up just to get them to book my car in for insurance repair was bad enough .... that was until I actually went to pick my car back up today. I am still reeling from what I can only call the bizarre, unprofessional and borderline psychotic behaviour from the receptionist who literally screamed in my face because a) she thought it was appropriate to comment on a phone call I was on with SOMEONE ELSE and b) because I had expressed some mild annoyance at having travelled a long way only to be told that THEY hadn't done their job properly and sorted out something with the insurance company which meant I could not have my car back! This is after I did them a favour by doing all the driving to and forth instead of getting them to collect and deliver the car and making sure that I took the fuel tank back with a darn sight more than they'd asked me to! On top of this, one of the manager's witnessed her motor mouth for himself and did absolutely nothing. I am still in shock. I cannot believe that she and the company think that it is acceptable for a member of staff to behave this way. I am disgusted and appalled. Do not use this company, even if your insurance company tries to force you to! Service: Body & Trim
